1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pk22" / "we" / "us" / "the Company" refers to the internationally licensed gaming operator that owns and operates the pk22 platform accessible at pk22.games.
• "Platform" means the pk22 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services provided thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered a pk22 account and is accessing or using the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the pk22 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's pk22 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or non-withdrawable bonus balances credited to an Account by pk22 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total aggregate betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures pk22 is required to conduct under its international licensing obligations.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform would constitute a violation of applicable local law.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a pk22 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or making any deposit, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk22 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pk22 customer support.

pk22 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain a pk22 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk22 is strictly a 21+ platform and does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pk22 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on pk22 or any other gaming platform with which pk22 shares responsible gaming data.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Provision of false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

pk22 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Account Management

Each Player is entitled to hold one Account on pk22. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different registration details — is strictly prohibited. pk22 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonuses or winnings accrued may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk22 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk22 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk22 customer support immediately via live chat in your account dashboard.

• Accounts must be registered and used only by the individual whose identity is verified on the account.
• Account balances are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or gifted to any third party.
• Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account, whether authorised or not, until pk22 has been notified of any security breach.
• pk22 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, without prior notice.
• Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administration fee not exceeding PKR 500 per month, applied after the 12-month inactivity period has elapsed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

pk22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform cashier at any given time. Currently accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. pk22 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposit Terms:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your pk22 account.
• pk22 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pk22 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your pk22 balance in PKR. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as required under anti-money-laundering obligations.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction, as displayed in the cashier. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• pk22 targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 20 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing. pk22 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method that differs from the depositing method unless explicitly approved by pk22 compliance on a case-by-case basis.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pk22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions and must be read alongside them.

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms, including minimum deposit requirements and account standing conditions.
• Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be clearly stated in each promotion.
• Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may each carry different contribution percentages as specified in the relevant promotion.
• A maximum withdrawal cap on bonus winnings may apply per promotion. Any amounts in excess of the stated cap will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• pk22 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including if pk22 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: wagering with low house-edge bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated software to place bets, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on pk22 — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, live dealer table games, slots, arcade games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

• All casino games on pk22 use independently certified random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by pk22 or the player.
• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the platform are final and binding. pk22 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place bets on pk22 is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• pk22 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake that resulted in odds significantly different from the true market price.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the round result will be determined by the game server records. pk22 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• Collusion between players at live tables is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of affected bets and closure of involved accounts.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. The following tools and policies form a mandatory part of pk22's responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit reductions take effect immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk22 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface design, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of pk22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk22 Platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform software is strictly prohibited.
• The pk22 name, logo, and associated branding are registered trade marks. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

• pk22 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• pk22 is not liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
• pk22's aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or compatibility with any specific device or operating system.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

pk22 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a pk22 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• pk22 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Player transaction data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or as necessary to detect and prevent fraud.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

12. Amendments to Terms

pk22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk22 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

For non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory changes — pk22 may implement changes without advance notice. The updated terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the pk22 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk22 holds its international gaming licence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through pk22 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Players who access the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for determining whether such access is lawful under Pakistani law. pk22 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for access in any particular jurisdiction.
